What They Made

For Grammy's birthday party this past weekend, each Little painted her a painting. I left them outside in their bathing suits with a small canvas and paints only in the primary colors, white, and a little glitter.

They mixed and matched and made some pretty cool pieces, I think. Audrey declared hers "perfect," but after Henry's dried he wanted to add just a bit more...

...and then his was perfect. These were presents for Grammy, but the process ended up being a little something special for me, too. Over an hour of crafty occupation and a little insight into their ever-changing brains... yep, a total gift.
