I'm not a big fan of pranks, though I've pulled (and fallen for) my fair share. Today Daddy is helping friends move and we're just hanging out, and though I've overheard a few goofy kid "April Fool's!" declarations, I'm enjoying this low-key kickoff to April. We've done a little party planning for a soon-to-be-6-year-old (!), we've cleaned out the bathtub "brooder" for our growing peeps, and we're all about to enjoy a little nap time.
It's good to have a slow day here and there, no?
