Long-Awaited Endings, New Beginnings

Our August wrapped up with a monumental, long-awaited conclusion to a drama we've been wrapped up in since buying our house. It's finally 99% over. We can breathe. We can celebrate. We can raise our eyes to What Comes Next and start laying in a course.

What a perfect way to begin September. How apropos that the physical turning of a calendar page has us metaphorically turning a life page, too.
