Sticky Apple Juice Chicken Glaze
Makes enough for around 8-10 drumsticks
1/2 container of frozen apple juice concentrate
(or around 2 cups of apple juice)
1/2 C apple cider vinegar (we use raw unfiltered)
1/4 C soy sauce
1 TBS honey
2 tsp onion powder
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a simmer. Lower heat to medium-low and allow to reduce gradually until glaze coats the back of a spoon. Place in heat-safe bowl and toss with fresh, hot grilled drumsticks to coat. Serve immediately.
